- 1. How to place an order? You can go through the wide variety of choices on the website, add them in your cart, head over to the checkout page, fill in all the details and pay for your order
- 2. Is it safe to pay online? Yes, absolutely safe. You can read our privacy policy for more insight.
- 3.What payment methods are accepted? PayTM, UPI, Debit card, Credit card, Bank Transfer etc. We don’t offer cash on delivery
- 4. Within how many days my order will be dispatched once order is placed? We will take 7-10 working days to ship your order. Duration varies depending upon the quantity of the product. Kindly read our shipping policy for more insight.
- 5. What shipping methods are available? We ship our packages through Delhivery, Professional couriers, Shree Maruti couriers & DTDC. Preferably whichever is convenient. Incase if your pin code is not serviceable through any of the above mentioned courier service, it will be sent through India Post.
- 6. How long will it take to receive my package after shipping? Shipment done through any of the above mentioned couriers will deliver in 3-7 working days depending upon your location. For delivery in rural areas, 10-12 working days or more.
- 7. How do I track my order after dispatch? You will get a tracking link after your order is shipped. The link will appear under “My account” section in your account. You just have to click on that link and you will be redirected to the tracking page.
- 8. Do I need to make an account to place an order? Yes, you will have to make an account with us. You can create one by simply adding your email and creating a password of your own choice.
- 9. How can I cancel my order? Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
- 10. How can I return my order? We don’t accept returns unless you have received a damaged or defective product. Kindly go through our “Shipping and Refund Policy” for more insight.
