Shipping & Refund Policy

-SHIPPING POLICY-

  • SHIPPING TIME: Please allow up to 7-10 working days or so for processing and shipping. Post shipping it will take 4-7 working days to reach the destination.  In case of custom order, tentative shipping time will be discussed. Note: These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customisation and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from quantity and product to product.
  • SHIPPING CHARGES: We offer free shipping across the country. Please contact us on ‘thedreamcatcherstore624@gmail.com’ for international shipping rates.
  • SHIPMENT TRACKING: Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, we will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can check the status of your order.
  • DELAY IN DELIVERY: If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, we shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order. In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock we will inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product or receive a refund for that product.
  • ORDER CANCELLATION: Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • ORDER UNDELIVERED/RETURNED: If you reschedule your delivery then you will have to coordinate your time slot with the delivery agent. If you have exhausted your reschedule attempts and failed to accept your package, it will be returned to us. In this case you will have to pay 100/- (shipping charges) to get it shipped to you again.

-REFUND AND RETURN POLICY-

  •  You can file a return request by emailing us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Return request will be considered ONLY if you have received a wrong product or a physically damaged item. Make sure you record a video – from the start – while unboxing your product as a proof.
  • Please note, in the unboxing video, package should be completely sealed – just how you have received it from the delivery agent. Rotate the product in all directions to show it is sealed. Box should be opened while the video is still recording. PS: video should be shot in one go. Any pause or trim in the video will not be accepted. I repeat again, entire process of unboxing should be captured in a video without any pause or trim. If you fail to provide the video, your return/refund claim will be will considered null and void.
  • Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description and the buyer is unsatisfied, we are not responsible for refund. Please keep in mind that beads, bookmark hooks and charms are subject to availability. If you want the exact same beads and charms shown in the picture, contact the artist and confirm with her  before placing your order. If you don’t confirm with the artist before placing your order, we  will not entertain any complains regarding beads/charms.
  • Issues regarding minor changes such as change in colour shades and shape of beads, bookmark hooks & charms will be not be accepted while placing a return request.
  • Paper Wreaths – specifically white wreath – can easily catch colours especially bright/dark colours. Minor/light spots may appear if the wreath comes in direct contact with the feathers. Although I take proper care while packing and working on wreaths, direct contact can happen during transit as well. Which is why this point will not be taken into consideration for return/refund request. If you want more info on this, reach out to the artist before placing your order.
  • Feathers are quiet light in nature, so please expect minor shedding / colour fading / changes in texture of feathers within 2-4 weeks from exposure to sunlight & air. If you see excessive change in texture / colour fading within a week from receiving your order, kindly reach out us and we will assist you. Please note, change in texture / colour fading / sheddings (after 2 weeks from delivery) will not be a valid reason for return/replace. Any request made in the aforementioned accounts will be disregarded.
  • When you email us with regards to returning a product, please mention your ID, Phone number, Name of the product, Detailed description of the defects/complaints and Images, of the order delivered to you.
  • Buyer has to ship the return product back to us if the return request is accepted. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please use trackable shipping service. On receiving a genuine defect the shipping charge will be refunded in the form of Store Credit.
  • Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, all tags intact with original packing and shipped back within 2 days (post approval of return request)
  • Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • If your return request is accepted, you will receive the refund within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

NOTE: Customised orders cannot be returned. Please contact us and we will try our best to come up with the best possible solution.
